Established in 1990, we serve a growing need for a professional property management company that specializes in both commercial and residential. We provide services to investment property owners for real estate management, leasing, contract administration and accounting. Listed below are a few of the many services included: * Rent collection * Provide/supervise maintenance * Payment of all bills/mortgages * Assist/supervise resident managers * Our management fees range between 6-8% of the gross monthly income collected. The actual monthly management fee is based on variables of services needed. Leasing fees are calculated separately from the monthly management fee.

David Ormonde is a seasoned Real Estate Broker, active since 1989, and holds the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and ePro certifications. He is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and Central Valley Association of Realtors (CVAR). With industry experience dating back to 1980, David manages multiple real estate syndications, investments, a real estate company, and a property management firm in California’s Central Valley. He possesses deep expertise in investment properties, 1031 Exchanges, syndications, and Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs). David has successfully assisted buyers and sellers of country and luxury properties for over 30 years. Outside of work, he is dedicated to his family, spending time with his wife of over 50 years, his two children, and four grandchildren.

Debbie Sue Fruguglietti is a licensed real estate agent in California and in Arizona. She is a member of the Metrolist Multiple Listing Service, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Central Valley Association of Realtors. Ms. Fruguglietti came to Coldwell Banker Valley Central in 2021 after a successful career in real estate administration and management in Arizona with a company having over 2500 agents. She managed their biggest office, in Scottsdale with over 700 agents. She is married with grown children and loves helping owners manage their rental properties in the Central Valley and Greater Bay Area.
